Loving March Snow
I love March snows because one day it's snowing so hard you can't see and the next, it's sunny and beautiful!

Happy 8th Birthday Emma!
I was at the park on Tuesday and saw a young mom who had a baby along with about a 2 year old. She was struggling to push a stroller while carrying her baby in a sling and trying to catch up with her little one who had run on ahead of her. I looked around to find my girls happily and independently playing on the playground and wanted to tell this sweet woman that it gets easier. If you would have told me that 8 years ago, I would have thought you completely crazy! It's hard to think back 8 years ago when Emma was born. She was a beautiful baby who birthed politely (yes, it's possible!) but she had lungs that wouldn't quit! Emma had colic, and not just night colic or day colic, I'm talking all day, all night, nobody's sleeping in this house ever colic. I look back and wonder how I made it through, how Luke and I stayed married, why I had more...two more! (One reason we had more was because people told me that you'll only ever have one with colic...they were wrong...
First Day of School - 2nd Grade
It's hard to believe that summer is over but Em was pretty excited to get back into the swing of things.
