The girls have been dressing alike lately and this night was filled with dancing and making daddy be the "work-horse."

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Emma and I trying to stand-up sled a few weeks ago. Luke proved to be quite adept at side sledding while Em and I could only master the front-stand...maybe snow-boarding won't be our thing =) Tessa just enjoyed the show.

Adios Santa

Emma figured out the truth about Santa this year. She was very close to figuring out the truth last year but we held her off until now. A few weeks ago Emma asked me, "Is Santa real?" I answered with my usual answer of, "What do you think?" She looked at me very seriously and replied, "I think I'm tired of no one answering my question and always asking what I think." I told her I understood her frustration (still trying to skirt the issue) and she told me, "I don't think he's real." After dad got home, the two of them had a talk and daddy explained to Em where the idea of Santa came from and now Emma is very excited to be 'in on the secret.' Whenever someone mentions Santa, she looks at us and whispers, "Remember what we talked about." (wink, wink) The magic was bound to end sooner or later...I think we just hoped it would be later =)
